With the help of an external coach, the wisdom of the team will be activated and you will be able to see your common bottlenecks, difficulties or new challenges as opportunities. In a safe environment, you will develop solutions that align, energize your team, and enable you to achieve common goals more easily and quickly.

Objective: to handle team bottlenecks and difficulties, activating for a solution in personal or virtual space (as required)
