Communication skills training can be delivered in one-day and two-day formats, at employee and management level, according to the client’s needs. Also according to the needs of the client, the focus of the training can vary within the communication. The most commonly sought topics are assertive communication, positive communication and giving feedback. During the training, participants will learn different communication techniques at skill level through situational exercises related to their own functioning. As a result of the training, they will be able to communicate more consciously and increase the effectiveness of their individual communication.
